RATES & FEES

Slip Sizes: Ranges from 30' to 50'

Annual Rate*:$135.00 per foot. Rates are based on slip size or the LOA of the boat, whichever is greater. Please note that your boat must fit in the slip. Annual term is April 1, 2006 through March 31, 2007. Slip Fees are to be paid in full at lease signing.

Transient Dockage*: Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Transient slips are limited to 50 foot boats or smaller.
      Daily Fee: $1.50 per foot per day up to a maximum of six (6) days.
      Weekly Fee: $8.00 per foot per week up to a maximum of two (2) weeks.
      Monthly Fee: $16.00 per foot per month up to a maximum of 30 days.

Electric service charge: 30 amp – $3.00 per day per plug / 50 amp - $5.00 per day per plug

Pavillion Rental: Rental of the beautiful Pavillion overlooking the Bay is available for $75 per day.

SERVICES

Electricity: Individually metered for each slip, KWH rate billed monthly.

Telephone/Cable TV: Slip holders request directly from provider. Call providers for rates.

Water: Water is supplied at no cost to each slip . The water will be turned off for winterization during the off season, generally during the month of November and turned back on in the spring. Excessive, irresponsible use of water will not be tolerated.

Pump Out: Pump out for marine sanitation holding tanks are free for BBH Slip holders. For all others there is a $5.00 charge. This service will be turned off for winterization during the off season, generally during the month of November and turned back on in the spring.

Fuel: Both Gasoline (93 Oct) and Diesel (standard marine grade) are available.

Golf Course: Slip holder will receive a 10% discount. Golf course is open to the public.

Ship Store: Soda, i ce, oil, cleaning supplies, shirts, key chains, etc…

Pavilion: Use of Pavilion is available to both slip holders and homeowners.

Other Services: Boat Sales and Brokerage are available on site through North Atlantic Marine Group.
